What is Charcuterie?
(pronounced "shahr-ku-tuh-ree") is the preparation and assembly of assorted meats. We, like many others, use the term to refer to an assortment of meats that are paired with different accompaniments, such as
crackers, cheese, fruit, and dips.
How long can we keep a box?
We suggest devouring all boxes (which shouldn’t be difficult, we’re sure) within 24-48 if kept refrigerated.
What temperature should we serve a box?
Cheese reaches optimal flavor and texture at room temperature, so let your wine and cheese breathe together for about a half hour.
How do we order?
On our Shoppe page, or the pull down menu, select "Order Boxes!" Here you will select the location you wish to pick up or have your order delivered. Our specialty boxes have their own page because they are...well, special. The next page will prompt you to enter a date and box size. In this section we ask you to tell us about any special requests, your likes and dislikes and your favorite HP character.
What is up with delivery?
We now offer delivery to all of Milwaukee County on Thursdays and Saturdays and Waukesha County on Wednesdays and Fridays. Delivery has it's own product page.
How early do I need to order?
Orders close at 5PM the day before pickup on standard weeks. Order availability may be limited on holiday weeks or for special events. Be sure to check our website for updates on the deadline for pre-orders.
